• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to exploit, misuse, or disrupt the Service

2. Accounts & Credits

• Some features require purchasing credits
• Credits are non-transferable
• Credits are non-refundable once used, except where required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

3. Refund Policy

We provide digital services in the form of image optimization credits.

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• A purchase was made accidentally and no credits have been used
• A technical issue prevented the service from functioning as intended
• Duplicate transactions occurred

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Once credits are used (fully or partially), purchases are non-refundable.

Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com.

4. Image Processing

• Images are processed solely to provide optimization services
• We do not guarantee specific compression results or file sizes
• Temporary storage may be used during processing

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your uploaded images
• We retain ownership of the platform, code, and technology

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features at any time

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metafox shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse or abuse the Service

9. Advertising

We may display advertisements (including via Google AdSense) to free users. Paid users may receive an ad-free experience.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Legal Entity

ImageOptimizer is operated by Metafox. All services, payments, and obligations are provided under this entity.
